The Tapestree Table™ creative sewing table and embroidery table invites children to engage in the lifelong process of creation.  Children can use  materials such as wooden beads, bark, and twigs to create removeable and frameable natural masterpieces.  A great way to enrich children's self-esteem! Family members of all ages will enjoy the freedom of a blank burlap canvas, and children are delighted to do "grown-up" work by learning to sew.

The Tapestree Table™ provides a perfect extension to other family activities such a nature walks and family vacations and trips. Natural treasures can be collected and incorporated into the art piece, turning twigs, shells, bark, and rocks into unique fiber art.  Watch the possibilities unfold!

This wonderful sewing table also is one of the few indoor activities that can be shared with a wide range of ages within a family, gathering everyone together to cooperatively create a work of art.  (One family set aside special time once a week to work on self-portraits of each family member together on the same canvas.  Families could work together to create seasonal works of art during each season, depicting Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.  When studying ocean themes and undersea life with the children, you could work with them to create an undersea or aquarium scene on the canvas, with fish, sea weed, sea horses, and other marine life.  The imaginative possibilities are endless!)
