(This is not any sort of electronic recorded sound; rather it is an internal motor that simply hums and vibrates when the leg is pulled). So cute! The jingling and vibrating Waldorf Heart Elf is made of soft cotton velour (heart and cap), with one red and white striped cotton jersey leg, and one red and white polka-dotted cotton poplin leg.
