Kathy Kruse Sophie Lilli Doll - Brown Hair - 16.5" Sophie Lilli is a beautiful play doll, with a soft, huggable fabric body, and she can sit as well as stand alone. She has the sweetest expression hand-painted in the classic Kathe Kruse style, with hand-painted sparkling hazel brown eyes and long brunette (reddish-brown) kanekalon hair that is easy to maintain and wonderful to brush and style. Sophie Lilli has a soft cloth body, and she has a high-quality vinyl (certified nonyphenol-free and phtalate-free) swivel head, arms and legs . She weighs approximately one pound. She is wearing a beautiful 100% cotton swiss dot skirt with ribbon and bow trim, pale lavender blouse with peter pan collar and satin ribbon trim with fabric flower trim, and white cotton fairy wings attached.
