Kathy Kruse Lea Lolle Doll 21.5" *Charming Lolle Lea doll has a cuddly soft weighted cotton stockinette body and soft arms and legs/feet - PERFECT FOR HUGGING & CUDDLING!* The Kathe Kruse Lea Lolle doll is dressed in an adorable dress with cotton poplin red and white gingham check at the bodice and pom pom ribbon trim at the neckline, and matching gingham check ruffle with pale blue ruffle netting trim at the hem. The skirt of the dress is a beautiful soft cotton floral print (white background with little pink polka dots and circles of daisies each surrounding a rose.) The inside of the dress is lined with soft white cotton fabric; the attention to detail is amazing! Underneath the dress Lolle Lea is wearing a soft cotton pale grey heather ribbed mock turtleneck with decorative red blanket stitching at the neck, sleeves and hem. She is wearing red, pink and white striped stocking socks, and red and white polka-dotted rain boots. She has a matching headband with a gingham check bow (removable) in her hair. Underneath her clothing she is wearing a soft cotton bodysuit for warmth. (All of her clothing is removable.) Lolle Lea is 21.5 inches tall, the dangling body is stuffed with cotton wool and weighted with pellets. Lolle has a kanekalon wig her vinyl head (certified nonyphenol-free and phthalate-free) is hand painted. The vinyl is free of nonyphenol and phtalates; made in Germany and tested in Germany at the Chemical-Technical Institute. The rest of Lolle's entire body is made of soft sewn cotton fabric - body, arms and legs. Lolle Lea's long blonde hair is lots of fun to brush and style, and children will love dressing her up and bringing her everywhere! It takes between 16 to 36 hours to make each completed doll, as a collaborative effort of the hands (and hearts) of 8 to 10 master craftspeople and artists in the Kathe Kruse studios in Germany.
