Kruse Butterfly Charme Outfit The Kathe Kruse Butterfly Charme dress outfit is so very pretty! A little girl's dream doll dress. The Butterfly Charme outfit includes the beautiful pink 100% cotton butterfly pattern dress, with light blue and pink butterflies fluttering all around, with a white cotton underskirt with sheer pink tulle ruffle at the buttom (so that the dress poofs out prettily). (The tulle ruffle looks almost white in the photo, but it is a pretty pale pink.)
