Grimms Wooden Nesting Waves Spiel und Holz

This classic, beautiful wooden Nesting Wave set is hand-crafted by renowned children's toy maker Grimm's Spiel & Holz in Germany. The set includes six nesting wave pieces. The wave pieces are wonderful for stacking, making a cave (by pushing the smaller pieces progressively further back), and for making beautiful impromptu wooden "sculptures." The individual waves can be used as a bridge, a tunnel, a fence, or an abode for little doll or animal figures (a teeny mermaid doll would love this wave tunnel as a home!)

The Grimm's wooden nesting waves are an heirloom piece to be cherished and passed along for generations.

The alder wood is stained with child-safe water-based dyes and lightly finished with a natural food-grade oil, allowing the natural beauty of the wood grain to come through. Meets or exceeds European toy safety standard EN 71. Ages 3 and up.
