Shipping Information - Blueberry Forest Toys

Blueberry Forest ships to addresses (and not P.O. boxes) in the 50 United States. Currently our warehouse is not set up for shipments outside of the USA, and we are not able to ship to FPO/APO addresses due to warehouse limitations. (Our warehouse currently is not set up to handle customs paperwork/shipping requirements for FPO/APO or international addresses outside the USA.)

Standard U.S. Shipping
Shipping charges are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the 48 contiguous states. Standard Ground Service normally takes 7-10 business days. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. Additional surcharges may apply for oversize/overweight items, and an additional surcharge applies for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
A $25.00 surcharge may apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship some oversize items to these locations. We will contact you if this is the case, and we will also contact you if the surcharge would apply to your order. We are unable to offer Two-Day Express shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

2-Day Express Service

2-Day Express Services applies only to orders of in-stock merchandise under 20 lbs. and is a surcharge in addition to standard shipping. 2-Day express shipping is not available for some items, and this will be noted in the product description for these items. Please allow 3 business days (Mon. - Fri.) for arrival. (1 day processing + 2 business days shipping time).

Some oversize/large items are not available for shipping to Alaska/ Hawaii addresses. We will contact you if this is the case for your item.
Oversize and Overweight Items	Surcharges for oversize/overweight items are applied in addition to standard shipping, and are listed in product descriptions where applicable. Oversize items can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous United States, and not to Alaska or Hawaii

Shipping Unavailable to PO Boxes
Currently we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders specifying a PO Box as the shipping address may be cancelled by our system. (Heavy/oversize items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. However some lightweight, smaller items can be shipped to PO boxes. We will contact you if we need a physical street address in order to ship your items if you have only provided a PO box.)
